We had an old wooden garage door that had served us well but its time had come to be replaced. He explained all the details of selecting a garage door that would fit our needs. He came to our house to measure for the door and noticed that we had a structural piece of framing that was missing along the top of the opening. I corrected that right away. Glad I found that out rather than on the day of installation. Thank you Tom!
